Im Tim, really struggling with overcoming panic attacks, anxiety and ocd for long time. Primarily, the panic attacks are the worst. Feel alone in this. becoming a little agoraphopic. beat myself up cant do a lot of things. Trying to overcome the fear and fear and change my relationship with panic attacks and be okay with having panic sensations (stomach tightness, etc.). Just wanted to introduce myself, I feel stuck.

Welcome to the forum...

Keep taking small steps with the creeping agoraphobia. I think the more u attempt to get out, and maintain a normal routine, the better chance of success you'll have.. it can be a battle tho.
Peace.

Hi and welcome swimtim. Sounds like you and I are in the same boat. I'm very agoraphobic and beat myself up over the things my anxiety has convinced me I can't do. Oddly, I've had so many panic attacks over the years that I don't fear the next one. Always make it thru them, maybe a bit sweaty and exhausted, but not dead as they make you feel like will happen. I don't feel stuck, just resentful to have this mental disorder. You've come to a good place.
