If I were afraid to talk to my parents about my disorder, I would find a resource that lists the symptoms of SAD and make a narrative of how each symptom relates to me. Or. I would print out the test you took and explain the results to your folks. You'll feel much better, much less alone if you can awaken the courage to speak with them.I have high frequent of SAD a I took a test online, but I don’t know how to tell my parents I need to see a therapist or something.
