Hi everyone. I’m new to this website, but not new to anxiety. I’ve been suffering since I was a little girl and I’m 50 now,

I have ebbs and flows, but since covid, I’ve had so many ailments that come and go, all of which are anxiety related. Hives, heart palpitations, hot face, full blown panic attacks, weird smells...you name it, I’ve had it.

I’m glad to be here And hope that by reading your posts, I will feel less anxious and know that I’m not alone.

Welcome to the forum. Good to have you as a member. Lot of great people who are all willing to help you out.

Anxiety can take us on a wild ride. Throw up many different symptoms. At best we can always remember that anxiety can never really harm us. Might be horrible at times. Make us have a few hard days. they are all just feelings. They will always go away again. We are strong people because we always fight back.

Hey. This is a really good - but too small - forum.
