Heart worries

Is anyone else scared of having an undiagnosed heart condition, like me? Like I'm afraid I have an arrhythmia or like superventicular tachardiya or like some heart condition and that it'll just stop my heart one day or even while I'm sleeping and then that's it. I feel like I should be rational and say they would've found it by now but sometimes that isn't the case. I was afraid because at work today I felt a thump in my heart, it felt like it skipped a beat. I even felt like I stopped breathing for moment. Maybe it was just panic but still.
It happened about three times today, the thumpy feeling in my heart like it skipped beats.

Palpitations.... how much caffeine do you drink in a day?

Palpitations can happen for no reason, everyone experiences them at one time or another, and they can also be triggered by anxiety.

I'm paranoid about caffeine, so I usually never will exceed 100mg. Today I just had 26mg
Caffeine is a stimulant, and any amount can contribute to palpitations and other side effects. Also, as Iugrad said, they can happen for no apparent reason. They're not inherently abnormal, at all.

Hon, I am going on my 4th day with them. I get them off and on. More so as I've gotten older. I have no heart desease. No heart problem. My lungs are good. I go to bed at night and wake up the next day. I know they are scary. Believe me. But they are especially common with anxiety! So I think you are very safe!
