Yesterday I was absolutely fine. I managed to get some work done and not focus too much on my own thoughts. The moment I sat down in the couch, I began itching terribly all over my body and now my lymphoma fear is back in full force.

I have 2 swollen lymphnodes in my neck, the doctor says they are fine and isn't concerned about them. I have also been experiencing weight loss (around 10 pounds since the start of december), but my doctor contributes it to my health anxiety. I have been eating absolute junk food the last few weeks to get my weight back up, but it just won't. :(

I really don't know what to do anymore. I try to seek reassurance everywhere I go, but my anxiety comes back everytime. This is really a terrible way of living...

If you're afraid focus on now.
Stop reading into anything or symptoms.
You have to face this head on and tell it not today.

Someone on this forum wrote that anxiety is like a three years child, after I read that, my life changed for a bit. Don't let that feeling beat you and don't PLEASE DON'T read on line about your symptoms.

When you start feeling that way, just like a three year old kid, say it "not now, go back to your room"
