I am freaking myself out right now! I am over focused on my left foot! All of sudden when I got up to go get dinner my foot felt really cold! And kinda tingly! So I put socks on and warmed my foot up! Well it still feels frozen to me but it's not! It's warm to the touch! But feels frozen at same time! And it won't go away no matter what I do. Can stress cause this feeling? I hate doing this to myself! I keep telling myself maybe it's my nerves or coming from my back, I have scoliosis so my spine is crooked, but I've never felt this before until now! My feet usually are always cold cause my husband keeps it cold in the house but not right now my feet are warm but yet my left one feels frozen. It's crazy and of course stupid me Googled it! And it can be all kinds of crazy things! Related to heart, liver, kidneys, and nerve disorders!!! I don't want to freak out more and go to hospital! They have been rude to me the last 2 times I've been there!

I’m sorry you’re going through this. How are you now? I’ve seen you mention your left door on several posts. It must really be bothering you.

I get hot feet too. They feel like they are burning but im not hot if that makes sense. I’ve had it randomly for years. Don’t think it’s much to worry about

My feet felt absolutely boiling last night. of course they weren't though to touch. But I was expecting to touch my foot and it be boiling as that's exactly the sensation I was getting. The bridge in my foot was aching like mad like if you'd walked miles which I absolutely hadn't. It's gone now. How is your foot now has it stopped?

Well yesterday around noon they both was tingling on the tops, but after that they was fine the rest of the day haven't had any problems with them today. I think it's maybe coming from not being too active, I work from home so I never get any exercise. I need to start doing something like walking or moving around more, prolly why my heart races every time I walk up stairs or move around for a while. My health has gone down hill so much since working from home!

Me too. Physical and mental. I think the distraction of other people was good for me. Now I work from home and likely have too much time to think. Good luck

Can definitely relate to the working from home thing. I love it but I've noticed a decline in mental health. Too much time to think. I was wondering if my stiff and swollen legs muscles are from not being active enough but to go from no symptoms to everyday for 8weeks now I'm not sure. Feel like I've over worked in the gym 24/7 and I can definitely confirm that couldn't be further from the truth!! It's a vicious cycle because I feel so rotten about my physical symptoms right now I don't feel motivated to do anything because I'm on edge worrying that I'll make it worse!
