Reading the book “Little Panic”by Amanda Stern. Reinforcement for those who think they are the only ones suffering. My life parallels author’s life in many ways. For the first time I could really relate. Some relief in knowing we are not alone in the world of fear we live in. We are unique and we are tough!!!

I also like the book "Turtles All the Way Down" by John Green, it is a great experience for people suffering from anxiety disorders. It is relatable, not too optimistic, but gives you hope.
