Does anyone else have Health anxiety which seems to last for a while then gradually go. Have a few months were it’s not to bad then and you start feeling more like yourself then all of a sudden it comes creeping back again? Feel a tiny little pain somewhere and i start panicking. Last year it was heart related.Had loads of A&e trips, ecgs, blood tests. Had to wait for 48 hour monitor and a echos. Came back mostly clear just I was having the odd ectopic beat which is what I could feel and Costochondritis. Been feeling ok having more good days than bad but recently can feel it creeping back, left shoulder blade hurting from time to time always feel like it’s heart related and I know some times breast cancer can be felt in shoulder blades. just feels like I’m gonna start having bad days again. Anyone else feel like this

It's normal, anxiety works in cycles, in my experience. That's why it's important to learn techniques to combat it. Even if you feel good, learn techniques to cope properly with anxiety. That way when it returns you know how to properly manage it.

Yeah I did cbt and learned some techniques. But some days just seem harder. Rubbish when you’ve been feeling good for a while and it creeps back up

Eh, that's just part of living with it. I understand how frustrating it can be, but don't feel discouraged, as it's completely normal and happens to all of us.
