Yesterday night my mom Went through my classes and found a missing assignment, She yelled at me and told me I needed to make up for it. The assignment is now done and I've cleaned the house to try and Keep her from yelling at me again. But my anxiety is still through the roof and I cannot get my thoughts under control. I feel like I'm going to implode on myself or start to send myself into an attack if I cant calm myself down. Anyone have tips?

I feel you on this I'm having the same issue my mom's old computer went out a couple days ago it was gave to me when my mom passed. I got anxiety when that happen, I got a new computer and yesterday before I put a virus scan on my computer it got hacked. I feel so stupid at the moment! Yesterday my heart rate was through the roof I kept pacing around which wasn't helping it any. Lately I've been letting stuff get to me I'm still kind of on edge hoping that my heart rate doesn't go up again. For you the best thing you can do is talk to your mom and let her know that you are trying hard and want to make her happy. Let her know that when she yells at you like that it upsets you and creates anxiety. That will make you feel 100 times better.
