Yesterday night my mom Went through my classes and found a missing assignment, She yelled at me and told me I needed to make up for it. The assignment is now done and I've cleaned the house to try and Keep her from yelling at me again. But my anxiety is still through the roof and I cannot get my thoughts under control. I feel like I'm going to implode on myself or start to send myself into an attack if I cant calm myself down. Anyone have tips?
