This is a great drink to help you stay healthy..... I grate up ginger into a pan and squeeze a lemon or lime into the pan fill it up with water and boil it until you start to see white foam at the top. It’s full of magnesium, iron, zinc, vitamin C and calcium. Ginger also acts as an antiviral and antibacterial, and it’s packed with antioxidants. Cheers to health happy St.Paddy's day.

I eat ginger biscuits and they're yummy as well as good for you

Sounds good, i have never tried it to my knowledge. Thanks for the insight.

I like herbal infusions too. Sainsbury's has a whole shelf full of them, like the variety from Pukka.
