YesAre you referring to ketamine?
I’ve researched it only. You should research it thoroughly before considering it. It looked to me like it requires multiple treatments and the effects wear off. Consider researching acceptance therapy created by Dr Clair Weeks. It has done more for me than any meds I’ve taken.
I decided not to because of the hallucinations. Nothing has worked so far. I am kind of resigned to being depressed at this point.I’ve researched it only. I felt the same way too. But I found Dr Claire Weekes acceptance method and applied it. It is not a magic pill, it requires work on my part, but it works. I’ve had a & d my whole life. Let me tell you, I was desperate. That’s why I researched ketamine myself. I was looking for relief, willing to do just about anything to be well again. We cause our own problem with our thinking. Contrary to popular belief, anxiety and depression are mostly a result of our thinking, our lack of confidence and knowledge. We didn’t develop coping skills as we grew up and our environment didn’t help much either. The further I get into recovery, the more sure I am of this. But I now know it’s possible to recover.I decided not to because of the hallucinations. Nothing has worked so far. I am kind of resigned to being depressed at this point.
