I hate it when I'm having fun. Anxiety has a way of ruining it. I'm doing what I like. Downloading custom content and watching criminal minds. Then suddenly I feel something. Like my breaths don't feel sufficient. I feel like I'm sitting here suffocating or something. Like just not getting enough air and its making me want to hyperventilate to compensate. I hate this so much. Anyone else randomly get this feeling?

anxiety is a rough. just remember that it cant hurt you and that anxiety is a very good liar like for instance when you have a panic attack you think youre going to die but that is not actually true.anxiety always goes away but i know it annoying as it comes and goes.

also its good to try and speak to someone about it or try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing. when you feel that feeling coming just stop what your doing and try to slow you breathing down- meditation rlly helps. i competently get it you're having a fun time then anxiety hits you like a truck. i used to get so discouraged whenever this happened but i have worked out that you have to just keep pushing through. it is hard but you will get there!
