I’ve been doing better lately, but for whatever reason I think I’m having a minor panic attack or something. My chest all of a sudden felt tight, I feel cold in waves, my stomach is in knots, and my throat feels like it’s closing up. I’m trying to breath through it, but usually when I feel this way it’s because of something stressful, but I’m actually not doing anything, just watching YouTube. I have no idea what’s going on. This happened so suddenly and without reason. I’m actually having to consciously keep myself from hyperventilating.

I have had a lot of changes in my life recently but most of them are good. The company I really want to work for wants me to move on to the next step of the application, my neighbor wants me to house sit for him which will give me a little extra money to get through the week, and I might be getting a huge covering opportunity at work. Like the guy I’d be covering for services like 3 different stores and told me himself that he requested me specifically to cover him if he goes on vacation. Granted it’s a lot all at once, but I should be happy. I’m actually making progress in life. I’m actually starting to grow up, why am I having a panic attack right now?! My heart is racing now please god let this end!

Any small thing could trigger anxiety off. You say watching you tube. Words even heard could do it. We might think this is strange. But we have a lot of stuff just laying there on a subconscious level. That is were a lot of what we go through starts out. We might think things mean nothing bad to us. But deep within it could easily kick something off. Simple as that really. Then we imagine this came on out of nowhere at all. Is always hard to know what we are holding on a subconscious level. Just my opinion of these sort of things. I always think there has to be a reason for everything.

Any change in my life good or bad brings on anxiety. I am glad your change is positive.
