So, yesterday and today I started feeling better. I haven’t panicked, and I haven’t had physical symptoms of anxiety. However, I still am having the strange thoughts that come with anxiety. It’s making me feel super weird. I don’t even know how to explain it. Like, things that normally stress me out or give me anxiety aren’t and I feel like my brain isn’t working. I know that sounds dumb, for me to be worried about not having anxiety. I just wondered if anyone else has gone through this.
