Anyone ever get this feeling like your burning up only in the face. Only a anxiety person would think its the end but here i am. Feels like i was dog sledding in Alaska with nothing covering my face followed by a hot shower. Wth.
I have health anxiety and more. I can assure you that feeling hot, sweaty and clammy is very normal for people with anxiety issues. I constantly feel hot even though it may be freezing. The adrenaline constantly running through you makes you feel that way. It’s nothing to worry about, but that’s easier said than done of course. I like to hold a cold water bottle in my hands or a ice pack because the coldness is scientifically suppose to help your anxiety my therapist says!
