Endless Anxiety Tonight

Geez one little reflux pain in my esophagus will send me into an anxiety state . Always thinking I'm going to be spewing blood from broken blood vessels and die from hemorrhaging . Hate this awful feeling , reflux AND anxiety . I am not doing enough to help it get better either so i continually blame myself and feel shame about it . Sad.

Yup I have the same fears. But my fears go deeper and I’m too afraid to confront them. Figure dr will send me for tests which will show my fears coming true. I blame myself too. I have lots of stress and guilt that I just internalize so I figure it’s eating me up inside. God bless you with peace.
