that's disgusting. you have to be a pretty miserable person to purposely trigger someone with anxiety.
I agree. It used to happen all the time on that forum. Mods would ban them, and they'd show up again a short time later, with a new account. Not only must you be miserable to intentionally trigger someone with anxiety, but also to go out of your way to register a new account every time you're banned...

I try to stay away if I’m not in an active HA episode but I will pop in to see if anyone is going through something I previously have just to give a little positive story of how I thought I was dying and I ended up being ok.

what triggers me is if I make a post and no one answers because it translates to “no one has felt what you’re feeling so you must be dying and have a serious disease”

Yes. I feel this too. If nobody replies, I get more nervous.
