I like salmon, and sea bass. I also like cod fillets with breadcrumbs.

Canned tuna in oil, is also nice with high fibre crackers.

Yep. Salmon, cod, rainbow trout, tilapia. Probably a few others I forgot about. Good stuff.

Yes, I eat tuna, salmon, cod, catfish once in awhile, Rainbow Trout is great, Shark is very interesting it grills up firm more like chicken would rather then fish, swordfish is one of my favorites, I eat canned sardines in water not for the taste but for the health benefits and the price is good. Smoked sardines in olive oil taste much better but they aren't as healthy as sardines in water. Smoked mackerel in a can is a nice snack and fair priced. I've tried many different foods i'm a foodie.

I was surprised how good catfish is. There used to be a buffet place in W Mass that had catfish, but it's gone and I don't eat it anymore. Sometimes I make myself some tuna mac salad or salmon mac salad. But mainly I eat imitation crab meat which is just Pollock. It's low in mercury. Swordfish is very high in mercury. I had shark when I was a kid and it was vile. I chug fish oil pills because it's a good anti-inflammatory and helps with the bad nerve in my foot.

Ah, catfish. That's one I forgot. That's one of my fav types of fish to eat, grilled or fried.

I like the imitation crab I use to put it in my salads but it's surprisingly loaded with sodium. As for the shark that you tried maybe it wasn't fresh? I've always had good experiences with it.

I love beer battered Cod and salmon. Tilapia and catfish are hit or miss for me depending on where I buy it from. I also eat tuna but only the canned kind.
