I have had a moderate headache and neck stiffness, and my anxiety is insane. It’s has been almost 2 weeks since my last time getting lake water in my nose. Is it possible I have them??

I don’t think so. The likelihood as it seems, is rather low. The symptoms you describe are common with the disease, but there are other more severe symptoms that come along with the infection. It is more likely that you are dehydrated, or slept wrongly etc then being infected. If you are concerned though, go to your doctor and get checked out.

Neck stiffness is definitely part of the anxiety as well as the headache. Hang in there.

I can't say it is impossible for that to happen, but there are numerous more possible/common reasons too. Try not to loook up symptoms for amoebas in your brain, since your body would just mimic the symptoms and freak you out even more. If the headaches really start to bother you, go see a doctor.
Did the stiffness and headaches start after you got anxious? Anxiety can easily give you a stiff neck and constant headache.
