Hello :)

I was wondering if anyone knows of a deep breathing app/software for windows? I have one on my iPhone but wanted it on my PC because it has a visual that aids the pacing of the breathing exercise (having to look at the visual on my phone crunches my neck too much and it feels awkward).

Also, I didn't want to make two posts so if I may, I'd like to use this post as a way of introduction. I'm a 53 year-young male, married, with three children (one of each), and have had GAD/Social Anxiety for decades (I also have ADHD). It seems very obvious but, I have only recently discovered for myself just how beneficial deep breathing can be (I also have high blood pressure).

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks all.

You could also research Dr Claire Weekes. She developed an acceptance method for anxiety recovery. I’ve been using it for about ten months now and it has helped a tremendous amount. I’m 64 and have had GAD and depression since I was a small child. I also practiced relaxation breathing for several years which did help some, but after starting the acceptance practice I have really seen greater results. Feel free to ask questions, glad to help in any way. Even at our riper older ages, recovery is possible.
