Need advice dealing with the toxic environment that our fight gym has turned into.
It seems there is a group of upper belts that are brown and black belts in jujitsu.
They all are clicky and just act arrogant.
it doesn't matter guys and girls .
I've honestly had it with this toxic gym and basically bullying like attitude.
The owners aren't there do to busy schedule and no one wants to be that guy and complain.
this group of people coming into our gym they aren't even paying members they just show up because they know people.
I wish they would stay at there gym and not bring the toxicity.
The last straw for me was when I complement a higher belt than me and he was like "don't you ever coach a higher belt!"

It sounds like this group of brown and black belts are arrogant mostly because they know that they know how to fight.

It sounds like a episode of Cobra Kai to me.

The best thing is you can put the bullies on notice, and do not be afraid to tell the teacher.
