Hi. I've dealt with Generalized anxiety for decades that hovers into health anxiety from time to time. A couple days ago I caught a bug and am trying to deal with it by eating bland food and drinking lots of water. Even after discussing this with an online doctor, who told me that I'm doing everything right, I'm still letting my mind bring the negativity. This certainly isn't the first time I've been under the weather, yet I can feel the anxiety "knocking at the door". I know this is a common ailment, and was wondering what you find folks do to keep your mind settled when these things arise
