Anyways yes I’m a diagnosed hypochondriac not as severe as some people but besides that I used copper fungicide to spray my plants and I got a little on my hand and I washed it off like a minute later and now I’m worried I’m poisoned this is stressing me out so much it’s ridiculous

I am sure it would take a lot more than that to any damage to you. Just the anxiety mind blowing things up.
