Hi there.....I go tomorrow for my MRI results. But I do feel more positive since my neurologist was not concerned. So I will let you know what she says. Thanks for inquiring.
Good luck with your MRI results ...... I hope everything is clear!!!

Hello.......I got good news!!!!! My head MRI was clear. But I have alot of arthritis in my neck and lower back. And my lower back has spinal stenosis. So I now have to go for physical therapy for my lower back. But no MS showed up which is what I was afraid of. I feel so much better.

Great news Gale. So I guess you can chalk it all up to anxiety.

Could the spinal stenosis be causing any symptoms?

Don't know I'm sure some of them are. My doctor says I also have anxiety.

It's in my lower back so if I over due things my back really hurts. All the other symptoms are caused from anxiety.

Any strange sensations in your legs? Spinal issues can cause this.

If your stenosis is in your neck it could potentially cause sensations anywhere below the neck

I thought that but they said no because it’s not affecting the spinal cord

Ah OK. The trouble with sensations (like heavy legs) is they are so easy for the brain to generate. Depression and anxiety always come with physical symptoms. Do you have any actual weakness in your legs? I'm not talking about subjective sensations of weakness, they don't count, but actual objective weakness (what clinicians call signs not symptoms)?

Right so the pain is muscular, and the rest is being caused by you worrying so much about it. I have tingling everywhere sometimes, and it's worse when my anxiety is bad.

Yes but if you can move them OK, so what? Sensations are meaningless unless it's severe pain.
