So I’m new to all of this anxiety if that’s even what I have. I’m 31 years old and have never experienced anything like this is my life, ever... I’ve been to the ER 3 times in the last 3 weeks, diagnosed with SVT (heart), taken off that medication and then put on a heart monitor for 30 days. After the first attack it took my 1 week to feel back to normal. But I’ve noticed more now that it might actually be anxiety and not a heart condition but how can I tell??? I have t take. Anything yet over or under the counter for anxiety yet. My mind does wonder even tho I don’t think it does clearly there is something not right. The signs and symptoms of anxiety and so many heart conditions are the same how do you tell? I’m doing alright as of now just really looking for some onsite and sick and tire of feeling this way. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
lmbuildersupma@aol.com is a great way to reach me thank you all so much for the support and help in advance.

Anxiety can cause heart palpatation and the likes. With a monitor on they would show up. Might show up as a skipped heart beat or similar. But with anxiety that will last only so long. That is how you should know the difference. Real heart condition might be at you all the time. Anxiety might only last a while each time it comes on. The right road to take would be a visit to the doctor to dicuss anxity issues. If you have them you might be referred to see a shrink, Maybe put on some medication. Just to try and get it under control.
