I believe I've had this terrible pain in my calves since Friday. I thought I didn't do much but apparently I did because it hurts so bad everytime I walk. I even walk funny because if it. Not nearly as bad as it was but still. My anxiety is kicking in and it's making me think something is wrong. It hurts so bad and sometimes I feel it twitch. It also makes me worried about clots and stuff like that and possible breaks and strains. Plus when I touch it I feel the pain and usually it would only happen if I flex it. Anyone else ever had terrible pains like that? Need the reassurance honestly.

It's just muscle soreness. I exercise regularly but I guess I over did it on leg day last week I was sore for 3 days. I remember one time I had my cousin exercise with we did leg exercises the next day he couldn't even walk he was in so much pain. haha I called and he said I hate you! I was like why? He said I'm so sore I can barely walk. So yeah, it happens give it a little longer it'll stop hurting.

I once done a walk for charity, was only 26 miles but I am soooo unfit, haha, was in pain for about a week after. Wore off eventually, lots of hot baths and resting does the trick

Actually that's super fast for a 26 mile walk! At what point did you call for the taxi? lmao jk normally I pace about 1 mile for every 20 minutes on the treadmill "walking" you must have been flying.
