I was at that point a while back. Unfortunately I slipped back into regular caffeine consumption, so I need to work on that again. I actually noticed several positive changes, including increased natural energy, when I cut most of it out. Like you, just a few sips of a caffeinated beverage would cause anxiety. Now it easily takes three or more whole cups before I feel anything.Yep. I get anxiety from drinking small sips of coke at this point. Any caffeine triggers my anxiety. It sucks but has caused me to lose weight.
