Anxiety is directly connected to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves which run along the spine. The adrenaline and cortisol we overproduce keeps these nerves in an uproar, sending out signal after signal. These nerves control our involuntary muscles which is what all the tension in the body comes from. It only stands to reason that this is what could be causing your twitching. These nerves have been under constant bombardment for months or years from anxiety produced hormones.

Danny, you’ve had the same or similar symptoms for quite some time now with all the tests doctors are willing to do. How long before you can accept it’s anxiety and start moving forward? What harm can it do?
