OK Ill make this long story short if I can. SO I fell carrying a box like 4months ago. I woke up with a stiff neck 2 days later. 2 days after that I awoke to the room spinning, this happened 3 days in a row. Vertigo, but the room only spun if I turned my head to the right. I went to a chiro practor and he said he could fix my neck, at this point my index finger and thumb are numb. He said its a pinched nerve. The next week I freaked out and went to a clinic, they tested me and said its BPPV (vertigo). I went to one more chiro visit and after that adjustment no more spinning. that was 2 weeks into the fall. 2 weeks later, I was starting to get a feeling of being drunk, ear pressure, head pressure, so I went to the ER, freaking out. They did blood test, EKG, CT Scan and MRI with contrast. all normal, They did see some arthritis and bone spurs in my neck. The doctor gave me Lorazepam because I told her I freak out at the smallest ailment and I thought I was having a stroke and blah blah. I have since gone to an ENT who referred me to physical therapy. So for the past month I get this creeping up my back / shoulders back of the neck to my head burning skin feeling and it throws me into a panic. I do the deep breaths and all, I really feel like its anxiety omg it freaks me out. I went to my PT yesterday and it was a small room and my wife was sitting in a chair at the exit of the room. and it started again got all hot and started the breathing and the PT and my wife look at me, and I said can you both just shut up, their talking was killing me. Anyways I have read about anxiety causing a heated / burning feelin. just wondered if anyone else on here gets it at all.

More than likely due to your anxiety then.
