Last night my room was buzzing with mosquitoes, so i took some bug spray and sprayed it a few times toward the ceiling. When i tried to sleep though, i started to get panicky that I was inhaling too much of the spray, and then my heart was beating fast and i felt i couldn't breathe.

Now I'm scared that the toxins have absorbed into my system, and I'll be dead in a few days :/ pls help

Hi Zoeb23. The bug spray manufacturer and the government agency that approved it are fully aware of the possibility of inhaling their product. Spraying around the face etc.. It would not have been approved it there was any danger that the product would have any serious effects on human inhalation. You'll be absolutely fine.

Hell I once accidentally sprayed deet in my eyes, which is insecticide not bug repellent and I have yet to go blind even though I worried I would.
