I’ve been good for a while but now I’m on a bone cancer fear. I’ve had pain in my lower left side of the back/more into the butt. I don’t think it’s sciatica because it’s dull and centralized to one area. Sometimes I get a pain in the front of the left side or near the hip bone. I feel it when I’m sitting, and usually lessens when I’m actually walking, but the more activity I do, the more I feel it. It’s only on my left side and more in the butt cheek than the lower back.
I’m petrified it’s bone cancer, even though I’m a 35 year old female. I scheduled an appointment with an orthopedic but I’m driving myself crazy that it’s bone cancer. It’s been like this for a few months now. Anyone go through a bone cancer fear?

I have, but bone cancer is incredibly, intensely painful and doesn't let up. This sounds a lot like the issues I have that seem to come from disc degeneration in my lower back.

What daily, practical steps are you taking to address your health anxiety? Also, yes I have experienced fear over bone cancer, specifically in my pelvis.

I’ve gone through this before. My bones and joints all hurt, even collar bone.
