So this is long so please bare with me,
In feb I had a anal fistula burst caused me to constantly squeeze like doing kegels doc said I had to stop that or it would t heal so after that I constantly had pain from anus to penis just dull pulling pains that would come and go. But since June I've had the anus to penis pains plus constant urge to urinate like all the time doc says prostatitis but I've been on two different meds first one I had a allergic reaction to er gave me a steroid shot and all my symptoms went away for a few days then came back doc put me on another med took it for 2 weeks had another allergic reaction same er gave me a shot symptoms were better for a few days now back to feeling like I have to pee all the time I'm 35 yr old male smoked for yrs unfortunately a little overweight not touch also have been told there's micro blood in urine so of course I googled it and says cancer so now that's all I can think about and I'm terrified that's what I got

Read my posts here from over a year ago.
I went thru same thing and thought I had bladder cancer.
Micro blood is normal.
My symptoms were pelvic pain, urge to urinate, frequency and genital pain along with tailbone pain.
You most likely have pelvic floor dysfunction which is commonly misdiagnosed as prostatitis.
I am on Reddit and have helped many many people get past this.
That over tightening has caused something called hypertonic pelvic floor.
Only cure is to deep pelvic floor stretch daily once when you awake and before bed
Cure cpps on YouTube has 10 deep pelvic floor stretches I used to cure me.
Also used the happy baby stretch.
I'm here to listen and to help

I feel like I have this but I’m female. I don’t have the pain when I get up in the morning but only when I’m crossing my legs (which I do constantly) or sit in weird positions. Working out makes it feel better somehow. Thinking if it were something sinister then it wouldn’t come and go like this but going to my dr anyway because every little twinge worries me to no end. If I’m not feeling absolutely perfect my mind jumps to cancer!
