Does anyone deal with what they consider bad nerves/getting frustrated more often that not? I notice it's worse when I've missed a dose of med, but it seems my nerves are generally not as good as they could be.

Anxiety and “nerves” flow in the same spectrum. Miss a dose of med equals a slight drop in the level. That level ideally keeps you stable.

I meant when I have missed doses. Even when I haven't I notice

I’ll clarify my statement. Your “nerves” are just a noticeable symptom of the anxiety. It is a direct effect of the anxiety, nothing more. Bad nerves and anxiety are one and the same. Anxiety is like ice cream, it has many “flavors”, but it is still ice cream.

Yes MATD, the word 'nerves' is just another way of meaning anxiety, but it also has other connotations in regard to anxiety. We all need 'nerves'. Without them we could not function. When physical nerves are damaged as in an accident, they can cause all sorts of problems physically as well as mentally. I prefer to stick to the word anxiety. The analogy to ice cream is a good one. My god, how many flavours has anxiety?
