i went for my annual check-up a few days ago and while the results came through the patient portal the dr hasn't called me to go over them. so being the hypochondriac that I am, I went through them myself for hours to see what it all meant. Everything was good except for my ALT levels (which i just learned were liver enzymes, never paid attention before) that were out of range. Anything under 35 is normal and mine were 39! last year they were 23. Wondering if it was covid wine drinking or something else more sinister!! i'm always thinking sinister and waiting for the dr to call me about this! Worried he's going to make me go for all sorts of additional tests that will send me over the edge or if slightly out of the range doesn't call for any more digging.
Can anyone relate?
