Okay so I recently recovered from a back injury. I strained my back a couple of weeks back, got several sessions of treatment at a chiropractor and was feeling all better. However, I have this habit I think because of my OCD where I focused so much on the injured area that after it heals I’m still really aware of it and sometimes think the pain is coming back. Any little sensation in that area of my back freaks me out. This happened the last time I recovered from a mini or injury so I’m pretty certain it’s related to my OCD. Anyone ever had a similar experience?
