Happy Friday everyone!

I just wanted to hop on here and instead of complain about my problems today....ask for some suggestions instead. How do you deal with an upset stomach? Not sure it if was something I ate, anxiety, or from COVID but the past two days I've been having some rough nausea. What are your solutions? Normally I reach for a can of ginger ale (normally Vernor's because its my favorite), pop a few Tums and put on a show and relax but today it's just not working for me. Decided to come to the experts to get y'alls tips and suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Maybe try some ginger instead of ginger ale. You can get ginger pills.

Vernors is the best! I agree with the above, maybe some ginger chews or ginger root tea would help. Covid can cause tummy problems so it is probably that. Even if you have ground ginger from the spice aisle you can boil some in water and drink with honey. A probiotic might also help.

Peppermint candy usually helps me. Emetrol works decently as long as you're not diabetic.
