I've had a week where I didn't have a panic attack but Thurs I had one. I've had a really bad week with things goin on where u would think id have suffered a panic attack then but I didn't. Tues I had bad belly cramps due to my ibs and its still a bit iffy today. Any way I had a really weird sensation in my chest n then my right arm twitched. I can't explain how it felt in words. Is this normal with anxiety as I don't think I've had that feeling before.

I would say it was normal. If we were to list all the things anxiety can do to a person we would be here all day. Twitching is a very common thing with anxiety. As are feelings in the chest area. Just try and put it behind you now. It happened. It is over with. Nothing saying it has to happen again.

It could be the body reacts to the anxiety. The main thing that you could do is try and work on putting the anxiety under control. Breathing exercises helps a great deal.
