ANXIETY WAS A BIT EXTREME LATE LAST NIGHT

The good thing is I know what brought it on. My heart was racing, I was restless, etc. I end up watching one of my favorite movies and taking a small dose of valium and I managed to get back to sleep. I did not give in fully to anxiety. I end up having a good day today!!! I refuse to allow Anxiety to take over my life. It can show up but I inform anxiety I am in charge of my life and it has to take a back seat.

I love when I catch myself “like bro you just thought about it and here we go you’re feeling it now”. It’s almost reassuring in itself but so hard to turn off once the anxiety fully kicks in which I feel is the toughest part. I am having one of those moments now trying my hardest to tell myself it is not my health or something wrong just me! I hope you are getting some good rest and nice to hear that positivity! I need to be more positive!

Being positive about helps me a lot. I hope you are having a good day today. I agree, when anxiety fully kicks in, that is the toughest part. Breathing exercises helps me as well, especially at night. All in all my anxiety is SOOOOOOO much better than it was years ago. I was under tremendous stress years ago which heighten my anxiety over the top.
