It’s 99.99% nothing will happen. In the 00.01% chance it does, you get treated, recover and move on. Worth worrying yourself to insanity over?

We know all the medical words don't we? A sure sign we have been Googling. Medical terms have no real meaning to us laymen. It means a lot to a doctor. Anyone ever had Bloggs Disease? Very nasty!! Aches and pains almost everywhere. Palpitations, headaches, stomach problems, bowel problems. shaking and feeling sick, extreme anxiety and often depression. Now supposing I say that it does not exist. Supposing I say that every symptom is that of anxiety would you believe me?
I doubt it because I have planted in your mind the idea of Bloggs Disease and you will pick it up and make it a reality, If you had never heard of any of the diseases you fear would they worry you? of course not. The more misinformation we get the worse it will make us.

Anxiety has high chances of recurrences, and it happened in most cases. To get rid of this problem for once and all you should try counseling along with coping strategies it will help you understand your triggers and how to control them. I did the same a year back I had anxiety issues so I took counseling sessions and trust me it worked really well for me, all you have to do, find the best counseling expert who can understand your concern and treat it accordingly.
Best of luck.
