Allergies and Anxiety!

Yes! In the past I have questioned this and I now know for sure that it makes my anxiety so much worse. Not being able to breathe well makes my shoulders get tense and then I start mouth breathing only and it’s all down hill from there! So I have started my Claritin again and it’s a noticeable difference already! Just thought I’d share.

will give it a try i hate how my allergies randomly come and go. Scares me that some of my symptoms relate to covid

TLC, I'm glad that the Claritin is working for you and I hope it keeps working and doing it's job for you.

Medication helps a great deal. But remember its half the job, the other half is what you do personally and with your health lifestyle. All the best.
