This happened to me for a while after I had my daughter. All throughout the day I'd feel this shot of adrenaline in my chest and it'd kinda feel like it spread. I had all of these racing thoughts that would cause it to happen over and over. Then it would happen because I would just think about it happening. It left me feeling exhausted all the time and scared. It doesn't happen so much anymore, now my body had moved on to other weird physical symptoms.

Thanks for the reply elm6789. Ive had this sensation after nearly every thought or after seeing something catch my eye for over 12 years and it just gets harder to deal with i know its mostly anxiety but its so quick to catch and so uncontrollable and i just end up feeling terrible at the end of the day. I've told my psychiatrists and doctors and psychologicalists but to no avail they have all been very confused by it
