I came across this picture of me recently. It warmed my heart and blew my mind how big I can smile :)

This was from a family vacation recently. Seeing the joy in my face in this picture helps me to remember all the things to be thankful for, and how much better things go when you can cast anxiety aside. This is one picture I can always go back to during rough times to remember life is good! This smile just lights up my life.

Thanks MATD!

I need this great picture during this boring time of the year. It always lifts my spirits to remember fun times together with the family, and see myself having an awesome time.

Wow this is great. Picture made me smile. Anxiety can really rob the joy out of beautiful moments like these. Keep smiling!

A smile can work wonders. It is so often needed and just one smile of understanding is worth more than many words. Your smile Camden has probably lightened up many a person's day. It doesn't take much does it, and it's all free! A hangdog expression, which we so often have in anxiety, drives people away. My old counsellor always told me to keep a sense of humour, even in the most difficult times.
Now this is not easy, in fact it's downright difficult, but so important. My wife and I often laughed at some of the antics I got up to in anxiety, it helped a lot.
