When someone says they are a doctor, they get my immediate respect. Above average intelligence. And that exam they pass is very difficult I hear.
But I couldn't do your job. I had to quit teaching. I'm high anxiety. Now I clean schools instead .
I have Weight issues too.
2 years ago I lost 27 kg. Since then I've put 10 back on. I want to lose weight again.

Dear friend,

It takes a lot of courage to open up about our vulnerabilities, and I commend you for taking this step.

It sounds like you are dealing with a lot of challenges, including severe anxiety, obesity, and loneliness. It is important to remember that you are not alone in facing these difficulties, and there is help available to support you.

As a doctor, you are likely familiar with the benefits of seeking professional help for mental health concerns. It may be helpful to consider speaking with a therapist or counselor who can help you address your anxiety, self-doubt, and other challenges you are facing.

In addition to professional support, taking steps to improve your physical health can also have a positive impact on your mental wellbeing. This may include incorporating regular exercise into your routine and making healthier food choices.

Remember to be kind to yourself and take things one step at a time. Change can be challenging, but with the right support, it is possible to overcome the obstacles you are facing.

Take care, and best of luck to you.
