So stress is my main trigger for anxiety but how do you eliminate stress? I have major fertility issues, lost my daughter 11 years ago and haven’t had a healthy pregnancy since, have an unwell husband that has autism so sees everything in black and white, two disabled step children that aren’t being given the help they need or deserve by professional (we have full custody), a dog that has many health problems, starting a dog breeding business, just been diagnosed with lupus. Everyone says to me no wonder you have anxiety and are so stressed out all the time. I guess when your in it you don’t see how stressful your life really is!!! Also had weight loss surgery 6 months again and can’t eat my emotions.

Case of sitting down with somebody and taken stock of your life. Both past and present. More about how feel about the past. And where you are at right now in the present day. If there is anything that can make things easier for you. Might be a few things you are entitled to. To help you out. Which might give you a small break from things each day. Is just a case of finding the right person to talk to. Both a therapist and some sort of person who knows what is out there for people. A therapist might be able to give you the number of somebody else you can ring to help sort the present day things out. If we look at it as one big thing it looks like a bomb has gone off in your life. One big mess. But if it is broken down and you learn to deal with one thing at a time, it can look a bit better. Just a case of learning how to do what has to be done. That is were you will need outside help.

I’m afraid I don’t know the answer to that. :(
My life has been stressful too in the last couple of years, but nowhere like yours -> you are a true survivor, a real hero!
try to do something nice for yourself every day (or scream into a pillow lol - whatever feels most fitting for the day).
you are in my thoughts.

Your life sounds incredibly challenging. You must be a very strong person to be able to keep functioning, even if you don't feel like you are. You have my admiration!
