This may just be me and my irrational fears. But does anyone ever eat something and then worry of poisoning or something and then starts to feel like they can't breathe? It's happening to me now and it sucks. You'd think my sertraline withdrawal symptoms would go away by now since its been so long.

You have always had a problem with poisoning fears. It is nothing new. This goes back a very long way. I would say to think back to those other times. When you had the exact same fear. You are still alive today. Which means nobody in the past was ever trying to poison you. And nobody today is trying to poison you either. They would have no reason to do so. It is just your mind working over time.
