Brain worry

Yea I'm scared right now. It was a mistake but I googled. I googled brain tumors and brain tumor survivors and it only made me worry more about having some terminal illness. Considering brain tumors are so tricky and you can even not have symptoms. And some symptoms can even be chalked up to so many other things.
Today when I got off work, for about an hour or so now, I've been feeling sharp and dull aches in my head. Also pressure in my head. Not only do I immediately think brain aneurysem, but I also now think brain tumor. Doesn't help that I went to the ER twice and doctor once and none of them gave me a CT or MRI. Its unnecessarily hard to get one and it frustrates me.
Not to mention my vision still feels weird and wonky and stuff.

Sounds like lots of tension, which isn't surprising considering how anxious you've been lately. I get those head pains / aches fairly often myself, as well as vision disturbances, due to tension.

My vision disturbances just haven't gotten better. Its not like I can't see. But I zone out so often, most times I don't even mean to. Or it just feels like I'm someone else looking through my own body.

That's depersonalization, which is another common anxiety symptom. Does that one worry you?

I used to experience it frequently when my anxiety first got bad, many years ago. It didn't bother me then. But now, since it happens rarely and I'm a heart worrier, it can feel scary at times.

Yes I guess it does worry me. The one that worries me the most is when I zone out. I don't even mean to zone out so often.

It's not a great feeling, I know. Unfortunately I don't know a good way to resolve it, aside from tackling the anxiety.
