Story time
I was in pe and I was wearing incorrect shoes yesterday so I lost my points and had to walk back and forth across the gym which is fine other than everyone staring at me judging me with thier judgy judgemental judgement but these 2 girls came and sat right in my way and stared at me every time I walked past I was Soo anxious and it sucked(note to self wear the correct shoes next time)

I know that it sucks when people judge you but one must learn to tun thing's out. So what if you forgot your shoes, it happens and it gives people no right to be judgmental. Everyone forgets things at times, heck I forget things all the time and I'm turning 35 in two weeks from today. Those same two girls probably forget things all the time, it seems like to me that was just their way of getting over something that has happened to them. As long as you you know who you are, then what people think should not matter! Stay strong and always be yourself.

Let's be honest. PE is the worst. Haha And even worse with anxiety - I remember well. I'm sorry you went through that - but yep, you have to learn to shake it off. You made it through it, so just be glad it's over! :)

Ugh, sorry! You know, I GUARANTEE she has had her moments of humiliation too, as hard as it is to believe. I remember this group of girls when I was in high school - one girl in particular. She was beautiful, she was popular, smart...all of it. I thought she had it ALL together. Fast forward 20 years, and we get to know each other again our late 30's - turns out she was just as miserable as the rest of us in high school. lol And the other girl from high school that was really mean and tortured everyone? I know a lot more now about her home life and why she was the way she was. They're all just trying to make it through and figure out life, just like you. You got this!
