I'm not bad. Slept well. Inspection at work went well. Morale is good. Think I will visit a coffee shop after walking the dog .

Fairly high at the moment. Didn’t sleep well last night and I’m usually pretty tense when I’m overly tired.

Mines at a high. Mornings are the toughest for me.
