Worried, you are definitely not alone. There are many of us who can so relate to what you wrote. My only piece of advice I can offer is to get yourself a good therapist. Someone who can help to guide you through this. Sometimes you have to push yourself beyond your current level of comfort and having a professional there with you can make a world of difference.

Hi and welcome Worriedsick. Sounds like you've gotten yourself worked up into a bit of a panic mode. Like you said, we all understand here what you're going through. Can I ask what kind of help you're utilizing, therapy, medication? I'm 66 and more physical problems keep cropping up but thusfar I've kept them in perspective and haven't added health anxiety to my anxiety/panic/agoraphobia trio. Any idea what we can do to help?

Hello Worried sick, I’m glad you are reaching out, it is so helpful that we connect and support one another. You are definitely not alone in your anxiety and panic. I am also interested to know what kind of help you are getting, therapy, medication? Please continue to engage in this forum, we are grateful you are here. Thanks for reminding me that pulling weeds can be a good distracting activity for anxiety, I think I will do some myself. ❤️

Thank you only have meds for my anxiety. Can't find a therapist that I really connect with already had three none of them really help get to the root of my problems.

I'm very new here...But I can say reading this made me feel good, not in a bad way but I'm not weird...Let me start by saying I TOTALLY get you... I am 51 years old and have had this thing I thought was maybe I was the devil or something...Because I felt like I was the only person who felt this way.
Ive had this problem since I was VERY young...I was abused, molested, tied up, burned, cut by my step dad if you really want to call him that.. I can him trash now. Seems like ANYTIME I'm alone I feel like my skin on my back is crawling, my heart races, I get palpitations, and I feel like I need to run out the door cause I feel trapped. It happens a lot when I'm driving alone I start feeling floaty if that makes sense.

I just wanted to thank you for sharing and know you ARE NOT alone in this. I'm finally trying to get help..I do take XANX 1ml 3 times a day which helps but its not a cure. I want to be cured...I am a Christian man and believe God will heal me, but I think I hang on to TOO much anger. Sorry didn't mean to take over your post just wanted to say Hi and I know how you feel. Taks care and if you have any suggestions I open!

Hi and welcome ASAPETE. If you can survive those early years you know you can survive anything. It is natural that you'd have anger difficulties and I'm sure you've gotten much advice on how to let go of those very damaging feelings. Again, welcome.

Thank you so much for response! yes I've got advise and have even seen a couple of councilors but I feel like the tool they gave me don't work for long. Not there fault more mine for not trying hard enough.
