worried bout having a cold sore

i know this seems so mild and silly but i have never had one before and i hate the idea of getting one. It isnt a huge deal but im super anxious about it. I hooked up with a guy and he said he was totally clean and gets tested often. It coud just be a cut on the corner of my mouth from dry lips which could turn into a bactrial infection. im just so spooked rn

I wouldn't worry, everyone gets them some point in their life and Ive never heard of anyone getting a bacterial infection for a cold sore, they're really common. don't worry about it

There are over the counter meds for it should you get one.I dont think you will get one unless you have been really sick .but then again what do i know ?

i do have a boyfriend he is awesome but we took a break for a few days and we are back together now. Me and him both needed a few days to realize that we do really wanna be together. We were both kinda freaking out and scared bout hoe serious we were getting with eachother. In that time i did something silly cause i use sexual activity to validate mtself which isnt a great way to feel better. So all i did was smoke some weed and make out with a guy and then afterwards was like nope this sucks
